Great customer service. I ordered a baby gift basket that was delivered to the wrong address and could not be recovered through UPS. The company immediately sent a replacement to the correct address the next day with no questions asked, no hassle, and no extra charge.

Great customer service, going above and beyond to ensure it was delivered to the right person. Made a phone call per my request to ensure it was received. Sabrina, was patient, and helped to assist me in getting the right basket to send as a thank you. Sabrina even took a picture of the basket and sent me a copy to visualize the gift sent out. Using the website to locate a florist or business who could provide a fruit basket for delivery in Hamilton was a challenge. Found My Baskets. Then to use the order form was a bit of a challenge. Wasn't sure that the basket would actually arrive until it did. No real idea what was provided. Paid for and assume all went well. A trial and effort exercise.

Ordered this basket online for a friend’s birthday and immediately got a confirmation email. I also called to ask a question b4 placing the order. Also major snow storm on the day of delivery but again rec’d email saying delivery will be next day because of the storm. And rec’d email upon delivery. Overall customer service and communication was stellar. The contents were as shown and my friend loved it. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them.
