Delivery will be only on business days Monday to Friday, for 1-3 business days, for ( Ajax, Whitby, Brooklin, Oshawa, Aurora, Newmarket, Oakville, Burlington and King City, or anywhere in Ontario).
All deliveries to hotels, companies, hospitals, schools and universities may not be delivered to the recipient personally by our courier however we will deliver it safely to their delivery points such as reception, the concierge, office or the building post room. At this point we consider the delivery status as completed and from this point on we are not responsible for how the staff members within the aforementioned places may take care of delivering the parcel to the recipients. We provide all necessary information in the delivery address such as room number, ward, and department to assist the staff of central delivery points in passing the parcel immediately but are unable to control the whole process once the delivery is completed. Highly recommend that the customer contact the recipients address and inquire about their parcel receiving policies before placing order with us. Our office will gladly assist in locating the parcel that may have not been received by the recipient but cannot fully guarantee after receiving delivery proof from our courier. For patients in hospitals, we advise our customers to make sure if the patient will be in hospital on the delivery date. Once the hospital is signed for the gift basket it is very challenging and time-consuming to locate the parcel, collect/re-deliver it.
What happens if no-one is at home upon delivery?
The ideal procedure we practice at our company is that all deliveries will require a signature and all parcels must be signed for, so please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to provide a signature.
For deliveries that are made by ourselves, in the event that no-one will be available at home and the receipt of the gift cannot be taken, we carryout delivery instructions received from our customers upon placing their orders such as "Leave round back" “Deliver after 4pm”, “Telephone ahead before attempting delivery”or "leave with neighbour".From this point on it becomes the responsibility of the customer and recipient to arrange for the collection of their parcel.
For deliveries that are not made by ourselves we use UPS (United Parcel Service) so regrettably we cannot accept and carry out delivery instructions. We closely track the shipment by monitoring tracking information online and will send you the delivery confirmation once the delivery progress has completed.
If there are any problems in delivery progress of your order, we contact our couriers, follow up and intervene until the Gift Basket is delivered as quickly as possible.

In order for us to process and fulfill an order we require the following piece of information:
Recipient's Full Delivery Address including Postal Code– Postal codes are essential and addresses without postal code may not be delivered.
Recipient's Telephone number – We keep the phone number on file and only contact the recipient if our courier encounters a problem. We recommend you include both a direct local mobile telephone number and a land line for the recipient.
Customer’s Telephone Number: To assist our courier in the event of delivery difficulties we first try to reach the customer who ordered the gift basket.
