Q. How do I place an order?

A. An order may be placed online any day of the week at any time using our safe and secure online shopping service at www.mybaskets.ca. An order may also be placed by phone Monday through Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, by calling: 905-669-6965

 

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?

A. All major credit cards are accepted, such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PayPal is accepted online as well.

 

Q. Is it safe to order online?

A. Absolutely. We use Ecommerce Software powered by Shopify, a trusted provider for millions of online ordering platforms across the world . We accept all major credit cards for payments, as well as PayPal. Please note that if you do not receive an receipt of your order via email, please call or email us to ensure that the order has been received.

 

Q. Does an account need to be set up to order online?

A. No. You may place an order as a Guest, ensuring that your information will not be saved after the order has been made.

 

Q. Are the prices listed in Canadian or American dollars?

A. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

 

Q. How long do your gift baskets take to ship?

A. Standard delivery takes anywhere from 2 to 5 business days anywhere in Canada.

 

Q. Does the price of your gift baskets include delivery?

A. Delivery is free within Ontario and Quebec for gift baskets valued at $100 or more. The exception is for rural areas. If the shipping address is in a rural location, shipping is additional. Please contact us for a quote. Any gift baskets which cost $99 or less are subject to a delivery fee of $15.00 within Ontario and Quebec. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

 

Q. Do you offer Same Day and Next Day Delivery?

A. Yes!. We offer Same Day Delivery for Toronto and the GTA on business days and delivery is free for orders over $100 placed before 11 AM. Exception is for rural locations. We also offer Next Day Delivery for Ontario and Quebec, free for orders over $100 placed before 2 PM.

 

Q. Do you ship to the USA?

A. Yes, gift baskets can be shipped from My Baskets to the United States. Please note that it is illegal to ship any baskets which contain alcohol to the US.

 

Q. Where is My Baskets located?

A. Our head office is located at 750 Millway Ave, Concord. All gift baskets are shipped from our Concord location.

 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation that was my gift basket has been delivered?

A. Yes, an email will be sent to you to both confirm your order and also confirm that your gift basket has been delivered successfully to your recipient.

 

Q. Can I customize my basket?

A. Yes, customization is available for your order; replacement of an item can be done for another item of equal value. Due to the high volume of holiday orders, we reserve the right to decline any requests for customization during the month of December.

 

Q. Is there additional cost to add a personalized greeting card to my gift basket?

A. All personalized greeting messages are free! Each and every gift basket includes a complementary personalized greeting card to send a message from you for your recipient.

 

Q. Why was my gift basket not delivered?

A. The gift basket will be returned to our head office if a delivery was attempted and the gift basket was not delivered because of:

  • refusal at the time of delivery
  • incorrect or missing information of the address was provided
  • the recipient has moved, or
  • the gift was unable to be left alone if no one is home

The sender will be notified either via a phone call or e-mail using the information provided at the time the order was placed. For a second delivery attempt, a second delivery fee of $15 will be charged. If the sender does not want delivery to be attempted again, the handling and processing fee, as well as the delivery charges will be refunded to the sender. If we are unable to make arrangements for another attempt at delivery within 30 days of the return for any reason, the gift basket will be considered abandoned.

 

Q. What is your Substitution policy?

A. My Baskets reserves the right to substitute any item that may be unavailable at the time of purchase for another item of equal or greater value.

 

Q. What is your Return and Exchange policy?

A. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your gift basket, or if the gift basket was delivered damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to replace the basket with a new one at no additional cost.
