HOW WE TRACK ORDERS & HAND DELIVERIES
For all packages sent by UPS, Purolator, FedEx and Can Par you will receive a tracking number so you can follow delivery progress. All tracking numbers starting with a 1 will be accessible via www.ups.com. All tracking numbers starting with a 3 are accessible via www.purolator.com and all tracking numbers starting with a D are accessible via www.canpar.com.
For all hand deliveries by our local couriers within Toronto & GTA, you will receive email confirmation after the delivery has been completed.
If you prefer to receive just one email confirmation after all deliveries are complete, please let us know! Send us an email or call us at 905-669-6965.
Otherwise you will receive a separate confirmation for every single address.
If you order 200 baskets, you will receive 200 separate email confirmations!

When I didn't receive a delivery confirmation, I emailed to ask. I received same day communication (10pm on a Saturday) to let me know my basket was delivered. A couple of weeks ago I had cause to complain to Mybaskets about items substituted in a gift package. Initially too it seemed my complaint had been ignored as I heard nothing back.

Hello unfortunately the recipient has not received the gift. I had to file a claim with UPS as they stated it was delivered but again the basket did not arrive at his home, I was so excited for him to receive it as it had great reviews.
