Website is user friendly, prompt reply when message for recipient didn’t come through, so all was good in making the order. I would have given a five star, however the delivery date requested was the Sep-26 (recipient’s birthday), but I got a message indicating the package was delivered today (Sep-24). I guess we’ll just have to explain to our daughter that we actually do remember the correct day of her birthday 😉.

A U.K. customer used an AI agent to find local florists in Kitchener and Waterloo, (Canada), and My Baskets was recommended. Ordering was easy, and delivery was on time. The recipient loved the gift and was pleasantly surprised. They video called the sender and showed them the combo - the sender was very happy with the purchase.
The recipient suggested that delivery to include a knock or notification, as the gift was left at the door. Also in addition to this combo, recommend offering gift combinations with a slightly more savoury option.
