The items received were an absolute disappointment, far from being value for money. The bouquet, supposedly worth $100, was lackluster in appearance, and the absence of a personalized note completely diminished its sentimental value. As someone who sent these as the sole gestures for Valentine's Day, the poor quality of both the gift basket and flowers is utterly unacceptable.
I will definitely use them again. The basket was stunning and they delivered same day, on Valentine's Day. I contacted them more than once throughout the day for updates on the delivery and they replied to me immediately. I'm very impressed 💯

I live in Ecuador and my girlfriend is in Toronto, and this was the first time I had to buy flowers online, so it was quite a research that I had to do. After a while, I went for this option in My Baskets because the webpage was a lot more trustworthy, the description showed that these were actually premium flowers, and the entire buying process was easy. All of these reasons were enough so I could be relaxed knowing that I went for the best option.
When my girlfriend received them, she was delighted with the arrangement, they looked beautiful and smelled good, and so far (4 days later) they are still fresh from what she has told me.

I recently received a package delivery that left me disappointed on multiple fronts. Firstly, my customized note was nowhere to be found, which greatly diminished the personal touch I was hoping to convey. Additionally, the items in the basket were subpar in quality considering the price paid. Overall, I was left unsatisfied with both the lack of attention to detail and the value for money.
I used PayPal to pay for my basket. The “deliver to this address” section filled in automatically and I ended up sending the basket to myself. I couldn’ t figure out how to correct this. MyBaskets was closed till the next morning, so at 8am, I called customer service and the lady there corrected my error - the basket went to my intended recipients. I am very happy that my problem was solved so quickly and efficiently.
