The order and the ordering process were great. Lots of communication and basket was good quality. Shipping on the other hand was ridiculously slow! I know thats not company's fault however you chose the shipper. UPS in this case! over a week to go from Ont to Alberta, I could have driven there myself faster!! This ruined the experience!
