I don't have feedback from the recipient yet, but the process to order the basket was simple and it arrived on time, as advertised. Communication from the company was terrific! When I didn't receive a delivery confirmation, I emailed to ask. I received same day communication (10pm on a Saturday) to let me know my basket was delivered. And then I received another email on Monday morning. Great service!

A couple of weeks ago I had cause to complain to Mybaskets about items substituted in a gift package. Initially too it seemed my complaint had been ignored as I heard nothing back.

Hello unfortunately the recipient has not received the gift. I had to file a claim with UPS as they stated it was delivered but again the basket did not arrive at his home, I was so excited for him to receive it as it had great reviews.
