Exchanges and Returns
If from any reason , gift basket was delivered damaged and recipient notify us with in 48 hours, we will be happy to replace basket with new one with no additional cost.
Items we was not able to deliver
If we attempt delivery and the gift is undeliverable because:
refused at the time of delivery
incorrect address was provided, or address missing information (apartment number ... ),
If recipient moved,
or gift not safe to be left if nobody is home.
If this occurs, the gift will be returned to our head office and the sender will be notified at (by phone or E mail) provided at the time the order was placed.
- For delivery to be attempted a second time, a second delivery will be charged (usually $15)
- If the sender does not wish to reattempt delivery, cost of the gift basket less the 15% ( ( handling and procesing fee ) + delivery charges ,will be refunded ONLY to the purchaser.
If we are from any reason unable to make arrangements for redelivery within 30 days of the return, the gift basket will be considered abandoned.

Ordered this basket online for a friend’s birthday and immediately got a confirmation email. I also called to ask a question b4 placing the order. Also major snow storm on the day of delivery but again rec’d email saying delivery will be next day because of the storm. And rec’d email upon delivery. Overall customer service and communication was stellar. The contents were as shown and my friend loved it. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them.
