Exchanges and Returns
If from any reason , gift basket was delivered damaged and recipient notify us with in 48 hours, we will be happy to replace basket with new one with no additional cost.
Items we was not able to deliver
If we attempt delivery and the gift is undeliverable because:
refused at the time of delivery
incorrect address was provided, or address missing information (apartment number ... ),
If recipient moved,
or gift not safe to be left if nobody is home.
If this occurs, the gift will be returned to our head office and the sender will be notified at (by phone or E mail) provided at the time the order was placed.
- For delivery to be attempted a second time, a second delivery will be charged (usually $15)
- If the sender does not wish to reattempt delivery, cost of the gift basket less the 15% ( ( handling and procesing fee ) + delivery charges ,will be refunded ONLY to the purchaser.
If we are from any reason unable to make arrangements for redelivery within 30 days of the return, the gift basket will be considered abandoned.
The fruit was fresh, beautifully arranged, and arrived on time. My mom loved the variety and commented that everything tasted like it was picked at the peak of ripeness. It was a simple, healthy gift that felt thoughtful without being over the top. I’d definitely order again.

A thoughtful gift with good variety
I am very pleased with my purchase of the Lulujo Knit Cellular Blanket. It is a 100% cotton, lightweight and the perfect size. Also, it is machine washable and keeps its shape once washed. I highly recommend this blanket. My Baskets offer the blanket in the colours blue or pale pink.

I was specifically looking to send champagne, realizing with most options that required an upgrade, then I found the Champagne Bucket Gift Basket and it was perfect.. When it arrived to my friend however it was a bottle of Bogota Prosecco. I reached out immediately and the rectified the error right away. My friend received a replacement with the correct bottle by the end of the same week!!
