I don't have feedback from the recipient yet, but the process to order the basket was simple and it arrived on time, as advertised. Communication from the company was terrific! When I didn't receive a delivery confirmation, I emailed to ask. I received same day communication (10pm on a Saturday) to let me know my basket was delivered. Hello unfortunately the recipient has not received the gift. I had to file a claim with UPS as they stated it was delivered but again the basket did not arrive at his home, I was so excited for him to receive it as it had great reviews.

My closed ones had a smile on their face 😊 fantastic basket and beautiful flowers. Howevet not so happy with the delivery guy. I mean snarky comments should be avoided. If the reciepent mentioned keep it outside the door just keep it. May be they are running late or May be they have to pick up their kids. Life can happen.
