What we offer

Can I add other items to my order?

Absolutely. When choosing a gift basket, there is always an option to add a few items to your order. You can choose between various types of wine, cute plushes, a stunning flower arrangement or coffee. 

Can I get a dozen roses? Or a custom bouquet?

We offer various colours of a dozen red, white and pink roses. We unfortunately do not do any customized bouquets, however there are a variety of mixed bouquets that we do have. 

How do your subscriptions work?

Subscribe to our email to receive the latest deals and reminders for holidays, when in need of a perfect gift to send to somebody. 

Do you do weddings? 

Yes, we absolutely have a variety of gift baskets and flowers that would be an elegant gift to give to somebody on their special day. 

How far in advance should we inquire/book wedding flowers?

If you are looking for flowers within Toronto and the GTA, it is possible to book the day before or even the morning of. If you are looking for multiple bouquets, we suggest reaching out to us further in advance to prepare. If you need flowers sent outside the GTA, ordering a week before is more than enough time.

Delivery Information

Do you do same day deliveries?

We do offer same day delivery for all gift baskets and flower orders placed before 11am going within Toronto and the GTA. (Vaughan, Woodbridge, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Ajax, Oshawa, Whitby, Markham, Newmarket). This applies to all orders from Monday-Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays. 

All orders are completed between 12pm-7pm, while those going to businesses are completed by 5pm. 

How much is the delivery?

All baskets that are $100 and over have FREE shippingwithin Ontario and Quebec only. Those that are under $100 are subject to a $15 shipping feewithin Ontario and Quebec.

Any basket (regardless of the value) going outside of these provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, etc) have a $35 shipping fee. 

When will my order be delivered?

If you order in the morning for Toronto or GTA delivery, it will be delivered the same day between 12pm and 7pm. For those going outside of the GTA, it will be shipped and delivered the next business day. 

Any going outside of Ontario and Quebec can take between 3-7 business days depending on the location of the recipient. 

How do I know when my order has been delivered?

After all local deliveries (Toronto and surrounding cities) are completed, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the completed delivery. 

Any baskets that are being shipped via UPS, Purolator, etc, you will receive a tracking number that you can follow along until it is deemed as delivered.

What do you do if the recipient’s not home? 

In the scenario that the recipient is not home, we will leave the parcel in a secure place on the porch or by their door. If they live in an apartment, we will try to leave it with the concierge or security to hand it off to the recipient.
