The Cabernet Sauvignon grape is a thick skinned variety with high tanning levels which means it is easy to age. You should serve this wine at room temperature. As soon as you pop the bottle open, you will be able to smell the aromas of blackcurrant and other spices. This drink is best paired with red meat dishes such as ribs, steak or filet mignon.
