5 to 24 baskets - 5% discount
25 to 50 baskets - 10% discount
51 or more baskets - 12% discount

Delivery is free for each individual basket valued over $100 or more, going to addresses in Ontario and Quebec. For baskets  under $100 shipping is $18.

The exception is for rural areas. Please contact us for a shipping quote for remote locations.

For all other provinces in Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB, NS, NB, etc) standard shipping applies for all baskets, regardless of the basket value. The shipping fee is $35 per basket.

Orders must be submitted and paid for before the 21st November 2023 to qualify for the quantity discount.

For multiple orders or for corporate orders, please email us all of the recipient addresses and gift basket names in an Excel or Word file to: info@mybaskets.ca.
Please include the recipient's full name, addresses, phone number and gift basket name and price.

 HOW TO PLACE A LARGE CORPORATE ORDER

Once you’ve chosen your basket, you have two options:

1. Use Your Own Address List - Send an email to info@mybaskets.ca with your own list of recipient addresses in an Excel or Word file.
2. Use Our Excel Large Order Form - To receive our Excel form click here to download and send us an email to info@mybaskets.ca with the completed form attached.

Please make sure to provide the following information in your recipient list:

• Gift basket name & price
• Billing contact information
• Recipient information - Full name, address, postal code and phone number
• Custom greeting card message 
• Delivery date range (ie. Dec 5th - Dec 12th)
• Payment method

We will print your message on all greeting cards and attach them to the appropriate basket, so don’t forget to include the card message!

 IMPORTANT - We send confirmation within 24 hours - IMPORTANT

Once we receive your order information we will provide you a quote within 24 hours.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please call us at 905-669-6965 or email us again.

HOW WE TRACK ORDERS & HAND DELIVERIES

Courier Deliveries
For all packages sent by UPS, Purolator, FedEx and Can Par you will receive a tracking number so you can follow delivery progress. All tracking numbers starting with a 1 will be accessible via www.ups.com. All tracking numbers starting with a 3 are accessible via www.purolator.com and all tracking numbers starting with a D are accessible via www.canpar.com.

Hand Deliveries
For all hand deliveries by our local couriers within Toronto & GTA, you will receive email confirmation after the delivery has been completed.

IMPORTANT:

If you prefer to receive just one email confirmation after all deliveries are complete, please let us know! Send us an email or call us at 905-669-6965.
Otherwise you will receive a separate confirmation for every single address.
If you order 200 baskets, you will receive 200 separate email confirmations!
